fantastic apartment stay
friendly staff efficient staff washing machine super clean bathroom
i found the staff to be friendly and efficient. my apartment had everything i needed, including a washing machine. the accommodation was a short walk from local attractions. it was much better than city center hotels because it included a lounge, a kitchen and a bedroom. the bathroom was super clean.

The receptionist was very helpful and provided recommendations. the staff ensured my luggage was moved to my apartment prior to my arrival. front desk staff were always cute whenever i saw them. Their friendliness was consistent.

the location was good. the staff was friendly.
the blinds did not block enough light, and the room became stiflingly warm (it was one of the warmest nights of the year, after all). the bed and pillows were not great quality. the fan was too noisy, even on its lowest setting.

the apartment included a comfy bed. i found the location acceptable as well.
the company service was disappointing. i found them not helpful at all! when i tried to make a complaint, i was passed backwards and forwards. they said one thing, but did another.

Excellent city accommodation
spacious apartment secure parking
The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was excellent and central to the city center. Secure parking was also great and added to the convenience. A full kitchen allows for preparing meals.
I noticed the walls are thin. I could hear conversations in other apartments, this affected my sleep. It would be good to improve soundproofing.

The staff took all needs into consideration. I had an upgrade to a bigger room for no extra price. This enhanced the overall experience with their flexible, helpful, and cute attitude.
